I think for Duluthians this is like one of everybody's favorite events.
It just brings in so many people.
Something like a shot for eat.
Stay warm in here.
The carolers are just like a little bit of everything.
I'm Stacey LaCourciere.
I am one of the makers.
I'm Rebecca Rush, and I own Wonderfully Made.
We're at the ninth annual Duluth Winter Village at the DECC.
Duluth is such a local, loving community, and that brings out a lot of makers that are inspired to create.
And the community really comes out for us at this event.
We've had rain, we've had blizzards, negative ten, negative temperatures, and people still show up for a. Lot of these small makers get their name out there, and it's good for a lot of brick and mortars to get their name out there too.
For us, it's really special also to get to see people face to face being we don't have a brick and mortar and are independent artists.
That's always like really encouraging and also keeps us going.
And in the whole year.
If you were to ask a lot of the vendors in the Duluth, northeast Minnesota region, what is the number one selling vendor activity they have?
It's usually always this Winter Village.
So everybody has their own pizzazz and way to blow people away, but I think it's what each vendor offers individually that makes them really unique.
