Okay.

The first one is called The Thistle Rose Debbie Barker, and we're looking at barn quilts that will be featured in the downtown Hibbing area.

I painted my first barn quilt about 25 years ago, in the olden days, and paid homage to the owner of the barn, so it could have been a grandma's quilt pattern.

Or it could have been something like their address.

So as people are going through the rural area, they would say, my barn quilt is a daisy painted a daisy on it.

Public utilities and I work together on this one.

It's their new logo and their old logos.

Jake came and had a meeting at the Hibbing library, and he's in charge of the Barn Quilt trail down in southern Minnesota.

So I thought to myself, I wonder if we could do that.

It took me a year and I started the trail.

I think getting the grants was more worrisome.

All the girls that have painted these barn quilts have, painted in my class.

They teach classes once a month for the past four years.

It's rather an addictive thing and it has been so much fun.

You know, it's just such a nice creative outlet.

You know, it's been fun working with them and seeing them grow.
