Learn Moreabout PBS online sponsorshipwe started this maybe a year and a half ago, and it, Tai chi is a it's a both a physical practice and and a mindful, calming practice.
And we thought, well, the world is kind of topsy turvy, and maybe people could use some kind of ancient technology that might actually be helpful in modern life.
It's ten steps.
So it's quickly learned, as you saw.
I mean, some of the older tai chi forms are bunches of steps and really complicated.
It takes a long time.
This you can learn in 12 or 13 minutes.
And that's how it was designed.
It was designed to be quickly adaptable for people living in the real world.
Thursdays at noon.
We're here in the depot in the Great Hall.
If there's something going on, we'll put up a sign and we'll be in a different spot.
But, and then it's just we'll teach the the forms really quickly, and then we'll practice together.
Lasts about half an hour.
it's good for everybody and it's good for me.
Yeah.
And it's fun to teach people, right?
You know, you saw folks kind of tentative and then they're getting it.
And then all of a sudden they realize, oh, I, I got something out of that.
